At New Growers Club, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless learning experience. In our ongoing effort to provide high-quality courses and products tailored to your growth and learning, we are updating our refund and return policy as follows:

All Sales Are Final

Effective February 14, 2024, all sales for online courses, in-person classes, and products will be final. This means we will not be able to provide refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is made. This policy reflects our commitment to delivering valuable content and products that meet your needs from the moment of purchase.

Exceptions to the Policy

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. As such, we will consider refund or exchange requests due to product defects or if the course content is significantly not as described, on a case-by-case basis:

  • In-Person Class Refunds: At least 7 days prior to the class start date, unless the seat can be filled before the class begins.
  • Product Returns: Within 30 days from the purchase date, with items in their original packaging and condition.

Our team will review your request and provide a resolution in accordance with our commitment to your satisfaction.

Refund Processing

Upon approval of any exceptions, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
